I am the proud new daddy to a T38, a 6.5x50 cal rifle. I just ordered Rotometals chamber casting cerrosafe so I don't have the size yet. I didn't realize I'd made chamber cast of every rifle I own and didn't have any more left. I know I could reuse it but these cast are a part of my records for each gun.

If you have any recommendations for molds please fill me in. My search turn up the Lymans 266469. There is mentioned a Lee cruise missile but I don't see any Lee 6.5 molds listed. Also there was several mentions of the T38 as not being cast friendly. So please help me out!

I have been using the CBE 150gr .269 Carcano mould with good results in my T38 carbine

The current group buy NOE .269-140 I believe is still open, but should be closing very shortly. If already closed, there may be some listed soon in the Vendor Sales area.

If you wish to have some jacketed bullets on hand, Graf's currently has .268 160 grain RN "Blems" for sale at 18.99/100. Those I received didn't look like blems to me.
