The only markings are B 51, it measures .360 kind of looks like a TC MAXI-BALL MOLD

Posting the pic is just as easy as posting the link to it.

All of the screw heads match even the ones in the hinge, I believe this is all original? I just can't remember where I've seen molds marked like this? Isn't the cavity like a T/C MAXI ?

I think it was one of NOE's prototype "Pointy" moulds......
Doesn't look like it was drilled, as the nose appears wider than the grease grooves.

The nose looks like a drill point angle, but the front driving band seems to match the angle. I'm not sure what to make of that.

Sitting in a motel but the TC Maxi has a flatter nose shape. At least the 50 and 54 do. The only TC molds I have or have seen have been Single Cavity molds.
"Machinist got bored." Nice pun.

I was looking at a site that shows all of T/C MAXI'S and none are pointed, the rest of the body is also different. Oh well I'll keep looking.

Definitely not a copy of the TC maxi. I'd bet you could cast some and shoot them in a .357 and be doing what the designer intended.
