It looks like a Vickerman bullet seater die, with either duplicate parts, parts to be assembled into the die or parts for other dies. You put the boolit (works great with cast) into the semicylindrical opening after raising the charged case to where it touches the die bottom. Raising the ram further should seat the boolit concentrically with the case mouth. Depth of seating is controlled by the lock ring and by the stem at the top of the die.

I have one in .30 caliber and find that I don't need to bell the mouths of my .30-40 cases in order to seat boolits without shaving lead any more.

The semicylindrical parts I have are marked as to caliber, with one of those electric pens if I recall.

Yep, Vickerman was going to be my first guess.

Think they were made in Central Washington. Know a nephew of the fellow who made them.

Think he is likely long gone and the business is in some other person's hands.

I think they will still pop up on a google search.

Maybe thee will be enough images on the web to make sure what you have.
