Chamber polish/sticky extraction?

To those that know? What would be the best way to go about polishing a rough chamber in a single shot pistol! I have a TC contender that was re chambered from 7mm TCU to 7mm Rimmed international and I think that the chamber could be smoother ( sticky extraction ) Any thoughts would be appreciated . Thanks in advance.

just to put out there i had sticky extraction on a 357max contender
the extractor was bent did you try with the extractor out to see if
that helps you

I actually just came upstairs from my gun room from doing a closer investigation! It does appear to have a small burr( high spot) on one side of the extractor , that is being held against the case wall , Should there be a little clearance between the bottom surface of the extractor and the main breech block as this is tight when the case is all the way in.
