I'm not for sure where to put this so i'm going to start here if needs to be moved thank you. I've been looking at the nd3 laser designators and would like some input from the people here. I understand that they dont handle cold weather well but i do alot of my hunting in the spring and summer mostly. Anyone have or have used one that can give me some input.

the lazer designator's i have used were followed by the near disentigration of a building.
the next time i used one the same thing happened.
then again...
maybe i could find one on the open market for shtf situations.
[the accompanying f-16 might be the tough part]

its a green laser that looks like night vision being able to use a normal scope. from what i've read its like the gen 1 night vision. Runfiverun did ya ever try it out on a coyote or hog? if so you got any pics?

Me thinks using Runfives system on game animals would have a similar effect to the time I shot a really annoying squirrel with a 44.
BUT it would be fun to watch! :bigsmyl2::bigsmyl2:

i did find out once that my x57 icl is sighted in to the cross hairs at 20'
thought, hmm, i better aim a bit low at that grouse.
looked at little girl, and asked, i got it right?
ummmm yeah.
go grab it.
no.
what?
no,,, next time use the revolver.

oh yeah..
i never did get to designate any animals.
i did use a 50 on a dog once. i didn't go look at it ,and no pic's.
