This particular boolit was produced by BRP in PB and GC versions. Both were shot for accuracy to long ranges. The PB won hands down. It weighs 140 gr. ready to load. The nose length is a little long for some guns, but that was cured by either trimming brass a little or cutting the Marlin carrier for a longer length cartridge. Several members here have seen what it will do at 378 yds (that was a softball size group out of a Marlin with iron sights.... ask Dutch4122, BABore or 357 Maximum about that). It has killed a couple of deer with the HP version with complete pass thru and very short runs....... impressive for a 357 handgun. Confirmed price is $120 + $20 shipping with any extra pin sets at $16 each. This is a real shooter folks.

So is the 360640 have a single crimp groove and is 140gr. and the 359640 have 2 crimp grooves and is 170gr?

Bardo

Nevermind. I just did a search and found 360640 that weigh different grains. I thought they all weighed 170gr in solid form.

You sure on the price? 4 cav brass HP might be a little more.

I like the boolit - I think 140 is a great weight for the 357/38.

Would this suit in a Ruger rotary magazine?

I shoot it in mine.............. you may have to trim brass a little... or maybe not.

45 2.1 speaks the truth. I shot this design out of his Marlin 1894 stainless back in August of 2010. The target was a 32" concrete saw blade hung from an old swingset. Range was at a lasered 278 yards from the bench. The saw blade was painted orange and we had also spray painted a horizontal orange stripe on the swingset crossbar centered over the blade. My point of aim was the crossbar 3 or 4 feet over the blade. I fired 7 or 8 shots from the bench and they were impacting around the arbor hole in a softball sized group.

Witnesses were Badgeredd, Babore, 357maximum, and 45 2.1.

Btw, of course I'm in for a 4 cavity brass mold with all the pins.:bigsmyl2:

Based on my most recent 4 cavity hollowpoint Mihec purchase( last week), prices may be higher than quoted above.

Is there anymore interst on this mold? I wouldn't mind a lighter bullet. I have the 2 cav with the double crimp groove. I wouldn't mind the single crimo groove and a 4 cav mold with pins. I shoot alot of 357 cast boolits.
