Info about these dies? (Pic)

Can anyone give me any information about these strange looking dies. They say...

6mm LYMAN 243-W-CMR

and

6mm LYMAN 243-W-DA

There is a threaded adapter that they scre into to fit into the press.

Thanks, are they worth anything, if so, how much should I ask?

Everything is worth something. To someone. The 310 dies are not only usable (I use 'em all the time) but are also very collectible.

On this board, the dies would probably bring $15 to $20 and the 7/8-14 adapter should bring four or five bucks. Assuming all are in good shape with no rust or damaged threads.

On eBay, you could probably double these prices.
