Anyone have pics of very big or the biggest tireweights they ever found? Such as 6oz or bigger truckweights?

I got some that were up to 16oz if I recall. They were from school buses. I got them from the county "bus barn".

The largest I have are 2 6oz truck weights. I am saving those and maybe worth something in the future?

Whwn #1 son was "truckin" he'd bring me a partial bucket occasionally and there were some big ones in there. Seems like they have a higher antimony content as well. There were some in there that I'll bet would go a foot long. Wish I had a constant source of that stuff./beagle

Here's six 10oz weights right on top, I've seen 12's, nothing in here smaller than a 2oz.

Couple of 10 oz on the right end, largest I've seen.

I don't have a picture, but I've seen 16 ouncers. ...I worked in a tire shop at the time, though.

I think the largest I've smelted are 10 oz. I just did a few on Monday.

I got a 16 ouncer once, did not take a photo, now it's been re-formatted.

I don't have pics, but have found a few school bus weights when I worked for the BOE. They looked like flattened Italian sausages. They were big!

Biggest I have personally handled is a modest 8 ounce sample. I will say that I've had a whole lot more 1/4 ounce than over 4 ounce weights through the years.

Nice to have a bucket or even a quarter bucket full of ONLY 16oz weights, hardly any skimming to do and a eighth of the clips and dirt to skim.
