RCBS X-Die and the Garand

I know how the X-Die does away with case trimming, but does it extend case life in the Garand rifle?

It does in mine....I am shooting 311289 at around 2000 fps. I have up to 10 reloadings and fully expect to get at least another ten.

Trimmed after the first sizing, and then never trimmed again. I sharpie the headstamp to keep them segregated.
