Somewhere I acquired (O K, I found them abandoned, in a pile of junk) some trophies. These were definitely old school, water skiing, heavy for size. Today I broke them up and melted them. They wanted to dent when hit, melted at a little over 400 by my hardware store grill thermometer, except for one. The temp never got over 600 so I'm fairly certain they are not zinc. I started with 7 lbs and cast them in small ingots in muffin pans-16 ingots. I think they will work fine to enrich wheelweights with tin.
