First Day of Casting

Hi my name is Rich.
I have been reading this form and learning about Casting, I just want to thank you for all the information and I still have allot to learn. Today was first day and it was flawless 303 cal .312 185gr and 8mm .324 175gr. the first two were a little frosted but after that it was smooth. I have that little Lee pot and a ladle, I used WW and added a little more tin I live in the same town as Rotomedal San Leandro,Ca. Now i need to size and I have the dies and the stuff to make the lube you know the Johnson wax allox and odorless mineral spirits Thanks Again....

Part of me is always a little sad for myself when newbies post about getting decent boolits from their first session, it took me 20 years to figure it out, and most of that was since joining this forum! Keep up the good work, you're miles ahead of most beginning casters already, lots of good people and information here, and we're glad to have you aboard.

I'm a new boolit caster too, and i've had pretty good results as well, largely because I've obtained a real education from reaidng the CastBoolits forums, and getting help from other members who got me through those little problems that only experience can solve. Many thanks to all!
