This was brought to my attention. Sounds like a pretty good deal for all you making 40 cal bullets from 9mm brass.

For those that do not make the 40 cal bullets yet can you imagine ........... 3,000 bullets for $72 shipped!!!!!!!! That's 2 cents a piece plus $12 shipping! Not a lot over scrap prices.

Good shooting and Swage On!

I was just given another 5 gallon bucket of 9mm brass to pick through, looking for 380 autos. Got 150 380's from it, and will take the rest to the scrapper. Get more 9mm than I can deal with.

Will you give me a chance to beat your scrapper's price on a Large Flat Rate Box full??

DukeinMaine,

I hate to see once-fired 9mm brass go to the scrap yard. I too would be interested in a large flat rate box as well (depending on the price you set) if you wanted to go to the trouble of shipping it. I might not check back here, but you could P.M. me if you thought that would be worth your while. Thanks.

I can probably come up with a couple of flat rate boxes.
Not sure what the count is, but box weighs 50 pounds.

$150 per box, SHIPPED?

I scrapped about 1500 pounds of 9mm, .40 S&W, and 5.56 brass a couple of months ago.

9mm is about 5500 to 5700cases per 50lb by my estimate.

P.S. 9mm/40S&W are like dirt after a USPSA match. Pickup all you want

Duke,
If your still looking for 380 brass let me know I have just over 650pcs, maybe I can swap you some 5.56 for it.

Note: This is only for Duke.

I'd also do 22 pounds or so, for $75 shipped. Medium Flat Rate.

Grumpa, PM inbound. Thanks.

Duke,
are you currently gettin' $3 per lb for scrap pistol/rifle brass.
it's no where near that here in MN.
Just curious,
Jon

No we're getting $1.90, and then add in shipping, and then add in a little to make it worth my effort to box em up, etc.

I'm not getting rich off the brass, but trying to make more than just break even. My finances are still in dire straights. So, I can't afford to do it for free.

Rounded up to $2 a pound for the scrap, a 50 pound box is $100 scrap value. The shipping has just gone up, to $15.45. A few dollars for the effort. 5,000 pcs for $150 is pretty cheap, on a dollars per thousand basis.

There are tons of other places to buy brass. No worries.
