Wheel weights or lyman#2?
What's better... I assume Lyman

Depends what you're wanting to shoot, really.
I use clip-on wheelweights as-is for handgun boolits eg 9mm or .45acp - I'd use Lyman #2 for rifle (or dilute it down with straight lead to stretch it out if I wanted it for handgun boolits)

Do you want an honest answer about which is best?

Good. Although there is a lead wheel weight ban here in Illinois, I'm gonna try and snag some while I can. Some needs to figure out how to shoot zinc without any issues.

I have found local scrap yards have lots of lead for sale. You might want to see about stocking up now before they ban scrape yards from selling toxic material
