Not that particular one. Small .22s are loud though, especially with the short barrels.

Saw one this morning at the gunshop. DAO with tiny sights, was not impressed, $409+tax.

Shot one yesterday - not a bad little pocket gun - for a trail gun I'd like a hammer and longer barrel with adjustable sights but I have yet to fire one in 357

Best of the little rimfire j frames in my opinion. Trigger is heavier than the centerfire LCR but still very smooth. The magnum ones with the hogue grips are a pussycat compared to the s&w models also.

I too wish they'd make an LCRx in 22lr perhaps with a 3" barrel.

If she wants one , that's all you need to know. It will work well, my BiL has a 38 ad I have shot a 22lr version. Wouldn't personally chose it but that is stricly a personal dislike of plastic. And yes I know it's the greatest inovation ever, just not for me. If she likes it ,get it and shoot together, fun times together are priceless.

its ammo picky. try federal if you can find them . Remington has wax and it will jamb them, CCI is a bit hot .
