Here is the description

PRICE REDUCED!!! Beautiful 35 Whelen on a 1908 Brazilian Mauser action. 24" E.R. Shaw barrel, glass bedded into a walnut stock with beautiful, swirling figure in the butt. With less than fifty rounds shot, it is still a new rifle.

You couldn't build one to match it fo that amount, I think you did very well.

If the work is good, it is a smoking deal. I would cost about twice that price to put it all together yourself.

I have been corresponding with the owner, poor guy is selling it due to arthritis of the shoulder. Says he can not take the recoil. He has even sweetened the deal by adding even more reloading related components and literature. Seems like he is throwing in everything Whelen related. I will be sleeping with the dogs when my wife finds out. At least she is nice and fuzzy this time of year.

I know some guys who think the .35 Whelen is the "only" caliber, seems to be a natural with lead, they got "smokin" deals also, but not as good a deal as yours. Good job!!
