The header says it all, whats your best load?
What is the normal accuracy, velocity for the #311299?

The header says it all,

Not quite......would be helpful if you had a specific cartridge in mind?

The gun itself will determine what boolit and load it likes best. The 311299 is a good boolit but may not be the best for your gun, whatever it is. If you state your cartridge you will get some helpful suggestions, but your gun will be the final answer.

Good, now we can get down to business.

As mentioned your rifle will tell you what it's most accurate load is. Suggest you try 4895 initially, any flavor but H4895 meters well and is less temperature sensitive. Start at 28 gr and work up in 1/2 gr increments to 33 gr. Use a 1/2 - 3/4 gr dacron filler. Best accuracy will be in the 1800 - 2100 fps range depending on quality of cast and alloy used.

Once you have the accuracy load and know what your rifle can do then you can use a faster powder like 2400 at lower velcoity for very accurate loads. I like to start at 14 gr, use a 3/4 gr dacron filler and work up. Best accuracy is usually in the 1700 - 1800 fps range.

You can go with slower powders like RL19, AA4350 and H4831SC to boost the velocity a bit. Use a dacron filler if the loading density is less than 80% with those powders also. You can get very good accuracy in the 2100 - 2200 fps range with that 12" twist if you cast and load correctly with these powders.
