Does anyone still make these? I've been searching eBay for months looking for a #14 for the 44-40 with no luck.

Have you tried the 310 Shop? There's an adapter also that allows you to use regular shellholders. Regards, Woody

I have the adapter but I'd like to have the real thing. I didn't see any J type shell holders on the 310 Shop site.

J shell holders haven't been mfg'd in quite a long time.

Wayne, be aware that there are 14a and 14b shell holders in the Lyman "J" series. I think I have the one for .44-40 in the basement somewhere, so I'll take a look tomorrow. Will you be up at the Chantilly Gun Show this weekend?

Almost ceratinly not. Our new grandson (1st) is taking up most of our weekends currently! If you can find it and don't need it I'll take it. What do the "a" and "b" distinguish. They are not on my current list.
