Finally got around to shooting the Lyman 257325 bullets in my Marlin 1893 in 25-36 Marlin caliber .

Gotta say they shot very very well :drinks:

I had also laid my hands on a Lyman 257312 mould and tried them in it as well . Surprisingly they also shot well , although not quite as well as the 257325's [smilie=1:

The 257325's with standerd open sights at 100 yards were putting 5 shots in 2.5" with regularity . I think if I put a tang sight on and work with the load a bit more I should be able to crack 2" .

And by the way . Do you remmeber me trying to talk you out of your 358156 HP mould ? Anyway another nice gentleman from the great state of Texas sold me one of those for the same price I gave you for the 257325 mould .

I'd say that was two Texans being very nice to me :drinks:

I have had several folks try and sweet talk me out of that HP mold. Tain't for sale and we Texaans are a delightful lot... well there is one old crusty SOB that lives in central Texas.
