I am a new member to this group of fine people but have been following and using the great information base offered by you all....thanks to all.
I am a "fledgling swager" and am interested in a good swaging die for lead swc's for my bullseye gun. I have been active in shooting sports since 1970 and mostly shot with cast boolits that I cast and loaded myself.
At this time I will be using an RCBS press to do my swaging and in the near future might move up to a regular swaging press.
BT...I read your section on items that are available , but didn"t notice a die for just the lead swc's . I might have missed it but could you send me some info on same..

As for the 444 press and swaging........ I have no first hand experience with this press. I think Jon B in Glencoe (member here) might have one. If it is for swaging nothing more then 22 cal bullets then maybe. The 22 cal bullets don't take any pressure to make and even the most basic reloading press can make them. I would not attempt to swage anything larger then say 30 cal bullets with that press simply because of the linkage system seems like a week point but I could be wrong. You might try calling CH and ask them their opinion.
