I've Been Outclassed!!!

So I went out this evening to sit in the blind while the boy was asleep and see if I could find a piggy with the "Dirty Thirty" -06. Wife texted a little later and told me she was going "down the hill". Told her Sure, and watched the feeder go off. Well, the donkeys came a runnin, so I got out rather than chance shooting one on accident. Went sneaking around to another feeder on the way to the cabin, didn't see anything and continued to the cabin. I got about 50 yards downwind of the feeder and looked right into the face of my wife with MY remmy 700 308. She was all blacked out backed up to some brush with the rifle resting on a molases barrel. I walked up and asked her "Who taught you to hunt?" Jokingly of course. She looked just like a shadow. I could not be more proud of anyone who had almost never shot a weapon before I came to the picture. The girl got skills!

THAT IS AWESOME.
I got my wife to go hunting a few times but she quit after the 1st kid.
Got all the kids to go for deer at least 1 x.
Got the boys to go for Elk a couple times.

My life insurance is paid by her, so I feel ya!! But she saw me a 200 yards and I saw her at close range. She had opportunity!! Now I KNOW she loves me.
