loading 9mm with unique at 4.4 grs with 125 gr rn,the bullet seems to be just on top of the powder,very little room for adjustment on bullet as i am about in the middle between the lube groove and the top of the driving band, is this the way it is supposed to be , always loaded 45acp and 357mags and never had this happen, first time with the 9mm so i want to be sure,oal is 1.141 thanks

Yes it is normal for unique to fill up the 9mm case,for example a top load with 115 grain jacketed is 6.3 grains which fills up the case completely to the top and then gets compressed
by the bullet.
With 124 grain cast ive gone as high as 4.9 grains with no problems.
