I just had to make shiny things ouf of dull ingots today. I've been casting for about 35 years and hunting for about 50 years. Love reloading and punching holes in paper. (and critters) Here's a few that I cast and before and after pics of a few. Lee 158 gr. 38's, Lee .30 cal.170 FN gas check, Lee 225 gr SWC .45, RCBS 255 SWC 45 cal., Lee 300 gr RFN .45 cal.

Post no. 8.

You need to be answering questions here not asking them.

How did you lubricate that Lee 158gr .38 SWC?

Welcome to both new posters.
Rex, very nice boolits there. I especially like the RCBS 255 SWC having that BIG squre-cut lube groove. Nice.

I know they are tumble lube but I run them through my RCBS .358 sizer with Jack's moly/creosin lube. The multiple small grooves seem to make the boolit slide down the barrel real nice. I get very tight groups and no leading.

That's my old stand by deer round I've been shooting for the past 20 years. I'm going to try the Lee 300 RNFP next and just got a 340 gr mold ordered to try. (like I need more penetration):-D

Hei og hvordan er du ?

That's as close as I can get. My grandparents were both Norskies and I grew up eating lots of lefse.
