Problem with Swapping & Selling

I forget the exact numbers but there is a # of posts/time you have been a member restriction. I think it is 30 days and 25 posts not including +1 and me too type messages. Looks like you may have the post count you need but gotta be here for 30 days also.

My question is-what is the easiest way to find the swapping and selling area? It's taken me 20 min to get here and I'm not sure how I did it.

Go to the bottom of any page, there is a "forum jump" in the right corner, click on the downward arrow and scroll down that list to the "commercial sector", click on Swappin and Sellin, scroll down that page.
