Public land hog hunting in DFW area?

I have a relative in the DFW area and wondered if there are any public land hog hunting oppertunities.:castmine:

There is very little public land available for hunting anywhere in Texas and the "DFW area" is so huge that you can drive 80 miles and not be out of the "area", so you might need to better define were you are going to be.

I've had some luck with feral hog hunting in the National Forest system in East Texas but that was many moons ago (haven't been in those woods since the early '80s) so I'm sure it has changed.
