Lyman, HOR, RCBS die parts interchangability

I am trying to find carbide expander spindles in .22 and .30 caliber but it seems that my usual places don't have them in stock. GRAF, my 1st choice has the .30 in stock in HOR and .22 available in Lyman.

Will the Lyman spindle work in the RCBS dies?

If not, where might I find a HOR .22 spindle. I would like to find both at the same place, if possible, to save a little on shipping.
