I have some one pound bars of Lanolin from Randyrat, is it safe to Nuke it in a microwave to liquify it? I have been using hot water but it is slow.

You can but be careful with it, it breaks down when over heated. That's why the water method is recommended.

I have never purchased Randy's Lanolin but have been a good customer with his BW and Carnuba wax.
The 100% pure Lanolin that I have was purchased in a huge lot and comes in 7 0Z jars and is of the same viscosity as a jar of Vaseline. I always use the MW to bring it to liquid for my BP lube mix. I don't try to do it in one step but bring it to liquid in steps so as to not burn or cause a fire. It is a easy product to manage.

I recommend slow bursts of a minute at 30-50% power. Melting point is only blood temp.
