Was looking up some other info, so the manual is still on my desk.

Hercules Reloaders' Guide

6.0 gr. Uique for 125 gr lead rn. fps = 1,165 psi = 29,400

I would suggest starting at a 10% reduced load and sneak up on the 6 grs.

The 4th edition Lyman cast handbook lists 5.0gr Unique as max for a 120 to 125gr cast bullet. Starting load is listed at 4.0gr.

I am using berry's 125 grain Round Nose bullet and using 4.3 grains of Unique. I have found it to be a great load.

4.0 gr. of unique, and a Lee 125 gr. RF. works great in my Beretta M9.

The Lyman 4th edition cast bullet book lists the RCBS 124 CN : 4.4 gr 1063 fps,25.7 k cup-
4.9gr 1.159 fps,30.7 k cup,OAL 1.050.
I use the same boolit with 4.2 gr Unique with excellent accuracy and reliability from my Glock 17 and 26.
Same source,Lyman devastator hp at 125 gr is :4.5 gr 1057 fps,24.9k cup-5gr 1188fps ,30.3k cup.
Btw, the RCBS 124 CN weighs 130 grains with my ww alloy.
