Hard & castable silicone, hardens in 15 minutes, good to 600oF. So you turn an experimental bullet profile out of aluminum or brass on the lathe, coat it with this stuff and let it harden. Have a cup of coffee, and come back and its ready to peel off in the exact shape of your bullet. Cast it with linotype which melts under 450oF, and make yourself a bunch of bullets for testing and load development. When you get the design that performs as you like, then you have the real mould made.
