1 in 30 ,45cal barrel maker

I am trying to find a barrel maker that can make a 45 calbarrel with a 1 in 30 twist rate to chamber the 56-46 spencer cartridge ,any help would be apreciated

These barrels are a bit short for what I want ,though very close and a very good price,they are off Knight in-line muzell loaders would the diameter be 1 inch or more at the breach,I will need this diameter to fit the Spencer action
