Cool! I see them periodically deer hunting here, but never have shot one. Congratulations, quite a trophy there.

Awesome kitty!! I killed one on Friday myself. Projectile? 8000 pound dodge 3/4 ton at over 70 miles per hour!! Mine wasn't as pretty as yours after getting killed.

Nice kitty............ In Illinois, anything that is a predator is usually protected. The small game population has been decimated by Hawks, Owls, Bobcats, Coyotes, Cougars (which don't exist here according to the DoC), buzzards and the like. The only one of those we get to shoot is the Coyote, though they say we could shoot a Cougar, but they want to see it. We see more of these than we do game. Oh, BTW our politicians have control of our Department of Conservation......................................

You folks who can freely hunt kitties are so lucky! Here in PA you can only hunt them IF you get one of the lottery permits. And according ot the game Ccommission you can shoot a cougar cause "they don't exists" in PA. Tell tha to a guy I know who shot one with a tatoo on it's lip. Ayup sold to the Game Commission! LOL

Used to be the same here in Oregon with the mountain goats (zat what they call em?) Big ram horns etc. When we asked at ODFW they told us there were none in Oregon so the answer would logically be "No" you cant shoot them. *** ??!?!?!
