Several months back, I picked up a RCBS 38-162-SWC double cavity mould from someone on here. It sat on the bench for months and I finally cast some and they run around 165.9 grains and drop at a full .360".

These sat on my bench and when I started messing with Pat's .35PB checkmaker, I naturally threw some on these and loaded them in .357 Mag cases, crimping in the crimp groove as I planned to shoot them in my Ruger Blackhawk.

Being as it was cold weather, these have been sitting there for a month or so and I ran across them the other day and looked to see what they were loaded with as the nose looked short for the 358429 which is my usual bullet used seated deep.

Got to wondering how they'd feed in the Marlin so I took some on the back deck and they run right through it.

Now, shooting will tell but if they shoot, it could be the cure to the 358429 feeding problem in the M1894 .357 Mag carbine.

Now to get this sucker HP'd./beagle
