rcbs trimmer missing something.

Maybe someone can help me. I was given an rcbs trimmer and it has a cutter with no pilots and on the other end where the case should be held there is a black steel tube that has a tapered hole at the case end and an approx. 3/8" hole on the other end. Everey thing I looked at on the big box store websites indicates that I need a collet to hold the casing and what looks like some sort of cam locking lever. I have only seen the collets for sale. It is of die cast alum. construction if that helps in identifying this. Thanks.

I don't have an RCBS trimmer, but you can find several manuals as .pdf files on the RCBS website. RCBS should have the parts you need, once you identify them.

Souunds like that is where the collet and tightening handle (draw) goes.
