I got a box in the mail from Apex parts containing a few spares for the Romanian training rifle I bought recently . I needed the tool for adjusting the front sight so I can get the shots to match the sights . So while I was there I got an extra firing pin along with a magazine and a leather sling .
Since it's rather blustery out today perhaps I'll retreat to the dungeon and work on that . I know I need to reduce the length of the front sight the difference of the first and second leaf . The second one centers the shots and the first leaf is low currently the sight is bottomed so I bet I need to file a little off the bottom .
I still can't figure out why the bolt wants to slip past the bolt stop sometimes , I hoping the new firing pin will fix that .
I ordered the owners amnual for it and it should be here sometime this week .
