Advice on B Square Mosin scout mount

Does anybody know about the B Square scout mount? I was wondering if it is very stable.

If you can figure out how to level the mount to the rifle, it is a perfectly fine $15 metal. (I *hated* it, ok.) Other folks have had no problem with it. Buy the best you can afford.
Are you *SURE* that the rear sight is not dovetail? M44, no, m91/30, and many of the non Soviet countries, yes.

I have the S&K for the 98k, not perfect, but a 10,000% better than the B-Square.
