Janet and I were married four years ago today. I can, without any hesitation or doubt, tell you that it has been the best four years of my life.

So that I may impress you with how wonderful this woman is and how much she means to me, I will forego all the 'she cooks for me, etc, etc...' blather. Rather, I will tell you what she gave me for our anniversary.

She bought for me five thousand large rifle primers and two thousand small pistol primers.

THAT, my friends, is a good woman!

Happy anniversary, sweetheart! I love you!!

Know what you mean, we just had our 21st, plus she paid for the 2 sets of Lee Shaver sights for my new C Sharps rifles for x-mas. A good woman is hard to find.:bigsmyl2:

Congrats Jim, 7 thousand primers should keep you in recoil for at least a weekend.

Yeah, but what did you get JANET??!!!!!!!

She said all she wanted was to get the kitchen, hallway and guest room refloored. I told her I would be happy to.

You got off easy, the last nice shotgun I bought cost less than the dimond I bought to safely get the gun in the house.

I've been doin this marriage thing for 42 years now with the same wonderful lady. Great institution, these young folks don't know (or maybe care) the world of hurt they leave behind them when they leave their partners every six or seven years, movin on to leave devistation (particularly with the children) behind.

42 or 4 years, a keeper is a keeper....congrats to you both.

Ya' know, I have to tell y'all somethin'. I have something I like to brag about. Janet and I have been married four years and we have yet to have a fight.

We've had misunderstandings and disagreements, but never a shouting match. We just feel there ain't no hill worth fightin' for. There's nobody on this planet more important to either one of us than each other.

Gail and I have been together since 1992 and married since 1996 and, like you Jim & Janet we have not, and do not "fight"! This marriage is the second time around for both of us and (unlike the first ones) is just GREAT.

Congratulations to you and Janet and we hope you will have many many more to come!!!
