Best Bullet Paper Patch for Rolling Block 11.5x42

All,

Recently acquired a Rolling block for $100 and after figuring out the chamber, etc, I think paper patch might be and answer. However the chamber does have about 3/4 inch pre-bore. The barrel runs about .461.

so I can cast the chamber and then slug the barrel with a 490 ball.

Pretty sure it is a 11.7x41.5 Danish based on what measurements I could take, but the bore varied a lot on these from what I could find. If it is much over .460 I was lloking at the lee hollow Base mold or paper patching.

Chamber cast look like a 43 spanish or 44-77. Guse same brass and I'll try a few bullets in .439-.446.
