Howdy!
I am thinking about having an NCO Lightning grip installed on my 4 5/8 ruger blackhawk convertible .I have already installed the sherriffs model belt mountain pin to increase ejection stroke. This is my everyday, everywhere gun. I am hoping this grip will be more concealable than a plow handle and reduce roll up. I already shoot with my pinky under and can accuratly empty a cylinder pretty quickly(shooting two handed off hand cocking). This grip frame looks like it will keep the muzzle down even more. I am assuming this will reduce this gun to 45 acp level or original level, 900 fps 250 grain Colt loads. I am guessing that ruger only loads would be exceedingly hard to control with this grip frame. (thats what the 7 1/2 BH is for!)
Does anyone have any experience with these grips? Thoughts, pros and cons or other suggestions?
