A friend bought a used reloading set and wound up with a lot of primed cases of 44 mag and 45 colt. He would like to load light loads for cowboy practice. Is there any reason NOT to use CCI mag primed cases and light fast powders starting loads as in too much pressure? He has a Puma 44 rifle and Ruger Blackhawk 45.
