Picked this up off of ebay the other day. Guy had it buy it now for sixty bucks. 429421, 4 cavity "Ideal" with handles. I had a 2 cavity 429421, but as usual with newer lyman stuff it drops at .429, which is to small for my needs (and probably 98% of the rest of us). New one drops at .433-434 and like most ideal era molds is very well made. What's a guess cost wise if it went for a seven day auction? I've never seen a 4 cavity ideal 429421 before. singles, doubles, new production 4 cav, but never a vintage 4. Dan

Congratulations on your purchase. You've obviously made a very good buy esp. from fleabay. I just wish I had that kinda luck. I try to stay away from fleabay because I don't like paying a fee on shipping charges. I'd rather buy from a member on this forum as I try to support Cast Boolits as best as I can. BC

You can find a lot of rare molds on fleabay, but most get bid out of my range. I figured I could sell the 4 cav handles for 20 bucks, since I had some already, so really it cost me 40. I love the old Ideal molds. I have quite a few of them and have never been dissapointed.
