ive said this before but it bears saying again. When this group buy is gone so will this mold be. If it ends up being as good of a bullet as it looks and your mold wears out (which all lee molds eventually do) your not going to be able to replace it. A guy should really consider buying a backup. If you get two and you dont like the bullets its usually very easy to sell one to someone who for some reason missed out on a group buy.

I guess it's made by Puma and marketed by LSI. It's a 480 Ruger, and comes with a dinosaur knife, a box of shells and a genuine Puma soft carryin' case (which I hope is more than the cardboard box).

That should be an excellent rifle. If you get any good loads worked up for it, please post them in the lever rifle section. I've been thinking for awhile now that I really need one in 480. I think that I'd like to have it rechambered to 475 Linebaugh though to match my BFR. It's probably not necessary though. You could probably just seat the bullet out farther to get more case capacity(if the throat allows?).
This should be a very good bullet. Now we just have to wait.

Hi Glenn ,
Wait is right,Lee charged my CC on 4-3-07 for the 501-400gr WFNGC and I called Pat ,he said it would still be 60 days.They used to charge you when the moulds were ready.

He also said the 475 -400 K were 90 days out. He stated there is a big back log of custom moulds to do.

Good thing I bought the Moutain Mold from ya ! The Lee 400 stock 475 they list ,isnt much of a game boolit. But it does group very well.

I guess the group buy will be ready about mid Julyish or so. Oh well good things come to those who wait. :)
