Who else makes a copy of a UMC mold for a 22 rimfire?

If you are a competitive shooter. If you travel to matches. Food and lodging, entry fees. Multi thousand dollar target rifles. You never even think about the low cost of perfection in the form of a Paul Jones, David Mos, Steve Brooks mould. There are a few other makers on the short list and none of them cheap!
Perfect is almost good enough …..A few bucks is nothing.

David Mos moulds are heirloom stuff. I met him at the first Great American Schuetzenfest in the KC area years ago. He beat me on the King Target by about .060" closer to center. One shot, offhand, at 200 yds. He mentions that every time we talk.

I have four of his moulds, all single cavity; and you could not buy any of them from me for twice the current price.

You should see the single shot rifle action he is working on.

My first .22's cast out of my mold -

Accurate as all heck out of my Marlin 39a at the silhouette matches...

22 rimfire? hmm, I'd be interested in hearing about reloading that.

Does David Mos have a web site ? If so, can someone post a link.
