I'm considering shipping in a RCBS Pro-Melt furnace from Buffalo Arms. They sell at $335 and the best I can find here is over $500. Hoping someone can give me an idea on landed cost?

Try Midsouth and Natchez, both ship to Canada, unlike Midway.

I've had good luck Midsouth, cheaper shipping than Midway, too.

I also don't have to pay sales tax at Midsouth.

I've found ordering from the US to be the cheaper option for most reloading tools. Even with shipping, and the chance you may pay tax at the border you still save. And sometimes they don't have time to tax all the packages (yours) and its even less.

Just about all of my casting equipment came from the States. I'm trying hard to keep my purchases limited to North American made products. I found shipping via USPS to be the most reliable and specify that for every purchase. I found I can get away with taxes on smaller items, hit & miss, but they usually get me on the bigger items.

I brought in a Magna 90# pot and before I did I went on the USPS web and entered the measurements of the box and the weight to get a ruff idea.
If you phone Buffalo Arms them folks will give you an exact cost for shipping.
Any store that you buy through can do that for you.

Good Luck Ken.
