Mauser 45 ACP conversion

I didn't want to hijack the Rhineland thread with this question.

It seems to me that Reid Coffield had an article on this topic in the Shotgun News a while back but because of SGN's goofy archival system I can't find it. Or, perhaps, I am misremembering.

If someone has that information, assuming my memory is correct, could you please lead me to it? I thought he made the conversion from scratch but he may have used a kit.

He used a Rhineland kit, and made a psudo destroyer carbine with all mil-surp parts except the Rhineland parts.

You are welcome. I read the seriea in one of the SGN Annuals a few years back. He had good things to say about if from my memory.

I built one of the Rhineland kit and played with quite a bit. having a lot fun with.
