My BFR.475 shoots very well, but one cylinder hole sticks. What would be the cause?

Without seeing it

I would guess either a rough spot / Burr
Or not bored out properly ( egg shaped or to small)

Most likely a burr or rough edge

Look with a magnifying glass

Frank, I had the same problem on one chamber of my BFR 500. One chamber was slightly rough inside from manufacturing.

I took a wool cleaning mop, put a bit of very fine bore cleaner paste on it, and spun it in a drill for about 30 seconds. It cleaned right up and is very smooth now.

If it sticks, it's usually the wrong hole.

One thing I noticed is with LBT Blue soft is the last eject didn't stick. I had cleaned the gun , but after a few dozen rounds it gets all lubricated and pressure is lowered. So now I need to shoot a group. It has to be perfect now. Maybe the next five will be one hole and easy extraction. Better to not clean, while jacketed shooters have to clean.
