WOW,
That is one fine bullet.
At 1,900 fps, what do you figure that will do to a white tail ?

great minds think alike Ben
I sent mine out to him last week as well
smokin whitetails is what that will do
best of luck
Yes, ......assuming I can place this one in the " boiler room ", I can't see
a white-tail deer walking away from this one.

Ben:
What NEI mold is that? I have a Remington 700 35 Whelen with the 16 inch twist, and it doesn't seem to like the 35809. A 250 grain HP should be just about right, and I'm thinking of having Tom make me one to be HP'd.
Tony
Tony,
These are the only markings on the mold ? ?
The solid version goes 262 grs. with lube and a Hornday g/c.
245 grs. HP'd.

Very nice I am sure it will do great in your 358 Winchester. Can hardly wait for the range session. But it might be a tad cold for you this time of year. Heck it is even cold this week in Ole San Antonio,TEXAS lol.
On the BOOLIT This might help at NEI http://www.neihandtools.com/catalog/index.html
Look for .358 then .358-232 GC
Oooooh! I LIKE it! (but then I'm kinda sweet on all things .35 caliber.....)

Can I talk you into some samples when your mold comes back? I can trade 35809 HP, 358318 HP, and RCBS 35-200 HP. That looks like a mold I'd like to own.

Do you have a thread showing your mold that was
returned to you from Erik ?

OK, looks like I need about 500 samples from Ben and White Eagle. I should have an opinion about which boolit is best once they are gone....

Ben It was a Brain Fart lol. You have two threads on the same mold as in before you sent it and after you got it back. And I messed up and thought this was the thread of before you sent it. So I gave the link of which was for this thread that you got it back. :groner:

Cloud of red mist. Just make sure it isn't a cloud of green mist, or you'll have one heck of a job field-dressing.
