I have a 94/22 with 16 barrel and it is nice to shoot.

You are getting a great deal on it if it is in good condition. If it was me it would already have been home now for that price.

The 9422s are very nice rifles! Been out of the current loop for a while so don't know what the AE stands for, since I thought they're are all side eject design... unless it's a later, slight modification for AE? No matter, that seems like a good price for one in very good to top shape. The two I've had have been very good shooters. The one I kept is one the earlier high grades.

Around here they go for $400 to $450 in good shape. If it's a good one, jump on it.

I haven't seen one in good condition for less than $450.00 in years, have seen one recently in a local shop for $595.00, grab it.
