a deal?

found a old model single-six ruger today,convertable model with both cylinders.Think its 6.5 inch barrel,drift adjust rear sight.Its in at least 95% condition,,hardly ever been fired.

Old three screw model,and it hasnt been converted. They want 299 for it.......................


Is this a good deal? According to the serial number,,its about 1972 vintidge.

I think so. The convertables around here are running about 599 new. And I prefer the older ones anyway. I would jump on that like a duck on a june-bug.

Fair price, but nothing special IMHO, unless you've been lusting for one badly there's no reason to snatch it up. Offer $250 and come up to $275...?

Given it has both cylinders for $299, I think it is a deal.

yep it's more than a little bit on the fair side. But that being said I wouls still try to low ball them and if i had to end up paying full price i wouldn't be bummed. Remember haggleing is half the fun. Dennis
