BBQ shreded turkey

A simple way to help use up that leftover turkey.
Once I tire of the same old turkey flavor here is what I do.
Shred, add BBQ sauce and heat. Add cheese if you like.

I never tried that. Not sure if I could get enough ranch dressing on there, but it's worth a try. :grin:

I kinda do the same thing with leftover rotisserie chicken. I throw a few pickled jalepenos on the plate, too.

I took all the meat off the bones and threw them in the crock pot with 2 bottles of bbq sauce and let it simmer for the day. Made a great dinner and put leftovers in freezer for later.
