Talked to my little brother who's home is there in the area yesterday morning. The fire was 1/2 mile away and I have not been able to get ahold of him today.

He and his family live in the hillsides that are loaded with nice homes and dead brush. Like sagebrush and buck brush. No one clears any of it. Probably against the law ..:roll:

More government helping people.

Just got off the phone with my little brother and he and his family are safe.

The fire was stopped 3 blocks away. They are just below Cash Hill rd, that connects to Caughlin Ranch, which was ground zero. Wind shifted in their favor. Very Lucky.

Well that's close call number 2 this year. They had just left the air races when the plane crashed.
