Clean it good just like any other mold. Brass really likes pre-heating. If you don't have a hotplate consider getting one.

Good cleaning, good lubing, with Bullplate, if you have it. If not, try good quality 2 stroke oil. Just keep the lube out of the cavities. They're great molds. Mike

The mold comes with a sample bottle of lube.

Preheating the cavities on a hot plate is the best option. If yours is the Cramer style, make sure your pins are also heating up. If they don't, your boolits will stick to the pins.

Enjoy the mould! I got in on the first run of these and it has been phenominal. This is my single favorite boolit in .40 cal.

It's great in the 10mm but everything has to be run hot to work well

There is a variety of powders that will work fine.

I run 5.3-4 gr of W231 with plated 165gr bullets in .40 S&W It is a good midrange load that will not stress your gun in any way. It will also work just fine with cast Boolits and is clean shooting.

I just shot 300 of them recently. no cleaning of the barrel necessary. However my bullets were the plated variety, as long as your boolits are plain based, not bevel based, you should have no problem at all.

Miha makes superb molds. Clean, lube, heat, nirvana.

OK, so I exaggerated a bit. . . . . but not much. :bigsmyl2:

I put my plate on a little lower than med heat, while i'm waiting on my pot to heat up. Seems just about right when my pot is up to temp, the mold is perfect temp too.

you'll never want another Lee mold again after trying a Miha mold.
